Procedure To Merge the two PF accounts into one UAN account

Following are the explanation for you to merge the two accounts of your Providunt funds please follow the every instructions carefully.

  • Before going to merge check you have an active UAN (Universal Account Number) linked to your existing EPF account.
  • Gather information about both your old and new PF accounts, including employer names, account numbers, and net income.

Provident Fund Accounts Merging steps:

First of you have to Go to the official website of the Employees’ Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) .

After that you need to Sign in the site using your UAN number and password.

After you are able to see and there is a need of Clicking on “Online Services” in the menu.

Lately pressing the option, you need to Choose the “One Member – One EPF Account (TRANSFER REQUEST)” option.

After pressing the option you will e redirect and in new page you need to Verify your personal information and check the PF account associated with your current employment.

You have the option to choose either your “Previous Employer” or “Present Employer” for attesting the claim form.

If you choose the “Present Employer,” enter your old PF account number and click on “Get Details.” The details of your previous PF account will appear. Verify them.

Analys the option and Click on “Get OTP,” and an OTP (One Time Password) will be sent to your registered mobile number.

At last you have to enter the OTP for verification.

Mark the declaration box and click “Submit.”

Your PF account merge request will be submitted.

After submission, you can track the transfer claim status.

Download “Form 13” for future reference. This form includes details from both your previous and current employers’ PF accounts.

Sign the physical copy of Form 13.

Submit it to the selected employer within 10 days.

Note:

Ensure your KYC details are updated on the EPFO website.

The account merging activity becomes available 3 days after UAN activation.
